“Location, location, location are the three most important things that need to be remembered when buying a property,” emphasized Goshen Land CEO & President Alexander Bangsoy during the Investment Day for Greenfields. Greenfields is the first mixed-use property in La Trinidad that is composed of commercial units and apartments located just in front of the Benguet Agri-Trading Pinoy Center (BAPTC).
Three trading bays in BAPTC are now operational after its launching in October 2015. With the BAPTC’s launching, farmers, traders, and businessmen are now conductiong their transactions in the new trading center. Once the trading center will be fully operational, the expected number of farmers, traders and businessmen will increase up to 80,000 per day according to BAPTC marketing officer Hazel Bandas. BAPTC is also expecting around 320 trucks of farmers a day and 150 trucks of traders from different provinces in Luzon once it is fully operational.
Because of this opportunity, farmers, traders, and businessmen will need a place to stay near their place of business. Greenfields is only a stone’s throw away from BAPTC. Monthly investment at Greenfields is almost equivalent to the monthly rental rate of a boarding house in La Trinidad. It is then wise to start investing in a Greenfields apartment instead of paying a monthly rent at a boarding house. Residing at Greenfields is much more convenient than living in ordinary boarding houses since one can shop and dine at the commercial spaces, restaurants, and food stalls in the building.
Unit owners who will seldom use their unit can also lease out their property as transient or long-term lease for them to have a passive income. Martha can also assist unit owners in having their units leased under its leasing department. It is also in charge of the property’s maintenance. *** –Harriet Dale Sagorsor
